Privacy

This notice describes the Helmios website’s beta signup and support forms, and how they differ from the files you keep in the Mac app.

When you join the beta

We save the email address you enter, the time you joined, and the time you acknowledged the beta notice. This records your beta enrollment. The installer downloads in your browser; entering your email does not mean an installer email will be sent.

When you contact us

The support form sends your email address, selected topic, and message to the person maintaining Helmios. Please include only the information needed to answer your question. Do not send passwords, recovery codes, financial records, or private workspace files.

Services involved

Replit hosts this website and stores beta signup records. Resend delivers signup notifications and support messages. GitHub hosts the installer. Those services may process connection and delivery information under their own policies. These website pages do not include advertising analytics.

Your workspace and your AI

The Mac app keeps your Home and workspace files in the folder you choose. Website enrollment does not upload that folder. A synced folder may be copied by your storage provider. Information you give to an AI tool is handled under that tool’s policies and your sharing choices.

Ask about your information or leave the beta

Use Support and choose “Privacy or email removal” to request removal of your signup email or ask about information submitted through the site. Give the email address used for signup so we can locate the record. We may need to confirm that the request is yours.
